MANAGEMENT BOARD

The Mike Burton management board is responsible for the strategic direction and effective operation of the company and consists of Andrew Burton (chief executive - see directors section), Ian Edwards (finance director - see directors section), Sally Marshall and Justin Hopwood.

Sally Marshall - Head of Operations
Sally has more than 14 years experience with the company and has successfully led the company’s Event Operations division for the past 12 years. She is responsible for the company’s group travel, event operations, client services, event ticketing and special projects.

Justin Hopwood - Head of Sales and Marketing
Justin has a wealth of experience in marketing and communications and since his arrival in 2005 has had a significant impact on the company’s brand profile and driven the strategic development of on-line services. Justin previously worked for Gloucester and Bristol Guinness Premiership clubs and is responsible for marketing and communications, and hospitality and travel sales.

Matthew Gingell - Head of Legal Affairs
Matthew oversees all aspects of the Group’s legal work , including commercial contracts and  joint venture agreements, as well as providing counsel and advice to the Group’s Board. Matthew is also responsible for the Group’s governance, compliance and risk management.
