The Board of Directors

The Mike Burton directors are responsible for the strategic direction of the business.

Mike Burton – Chairman
The founder of the Group of companies has overseen and been directly responsible for the development of the business through the last three decades, and continues to be responsible for the effective operation of the Board.

Andrew Burton – Chief Executive
Responsible for the Group’s strategic direction and for ensuring that the company brand, profile and image are seen as positive by clients, customers and employees, and for all legal aspects of the Group’s affairs.

Ian Edwards – Finance Director
Responsible for the Group’s operational effectiveness and for implementing the business strategy.
